Lead Time

Unless otherwise noted, pieces are either ready to ship or made to order.
Made-to-order works typically require 6–10 weeks from purchase to completion.
If a piece is in stock, shipping timelines will be confirmed following checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is complimentary within the continental United States.

Smaller works are carefully packed and shipped via insured ground service.
Larger or more delicate pieces may require freight or white-glove delivery, which will be coordinated directly with the collector after purchase.

International shipping and white-glove delivery are available upon request.

Returns & Damage

All works are final sale.

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, please notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the work.
Approved damage claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the studio’s discretion.

Care Instructions

Ceramic works are intended for interior use unless otherwise specified.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperature changes.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

Lighting pieces should be installed by a qualified professional.

Customization & Commissions

Select works may be available for customization, including adjustments to scale, finish, or lighting specifications.

To inquire about customization or commissioned work, please contact the studio prior to purchase. Availability is dependent on scope and timeline.

Trade Program

Trade pricing is available for qualified interior designers, architects, and procurement professionals.

Trade accounts include preferred pricing, project support, and early access to new work.
